On the afternoon of January 26, the State Committee for Overseas Vietnamese (Ministry of Foreign Affairs) held a press meeting to provide information about the Spring Homeland Program 2026, which will take place in Hanoi and Ninh Binh from February 6-9, 2026, with approximately 1,500 overseas Vietnamese participating.
