The Ninh Binh Provincial Party Committee on March 16 held a conference to announce the Politburo’s Decision on personnel work.
Tran Huy Tuan, Member of the Party Central Committee, Deputy Secretary of the Ninh Binh provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the provincial People’s Committee, has been approved by the Political Bureau as Secretary of the provincial Party Committee for the 2025 2030 tenure.
At the very beginning of 2026, localities in Ninh Binh province launched an emulation movement among all cadres and Party members to strive to successfully complete all assigned tasks, especially new ones, contributing to achieving double-digit growth targets for the year.
Minister of Home Affairs Do Thanh Binh said the Government and the Prime Minister have directed the synchronous and timely implementation of assigned tasks, while issuing a full legal framework to ensure uniform election organisation nationwide.

The government has requested ministries, sectors, and localities to strive for a public investment disbursement rate of at least 95% of the plan assigned by the prime minister in 2025, under the spirit that public investment will lead, activate, and attract all social resources. In the public investment plan for 2025, the Prime Minis allocates over 9.75 trillion VND (407 million USD) to Ninh Binh province. To date, the provincial People’s Council has completed the allocation of the assigned capital plan. Of which 3.55 trillion VND comes from the central budget and over 6.2 trillion VND from the province’s budget.
The dispatch highlighted that the detailed allocation of the capital accounted for only 96.07% of the Government leader’s assigned target as of January 23, with some 84.84 trillion VND (3.32 billion USD) remaining unallocated across 26 central agencies and 48 localities.Ministries, sectors, and localities are urged to speed up the allocation and disbursement of the public investment in 2025.
