The Ninh Binh provincial Department of Public Security held a conference to announce a decision of the Minister of Public Security to appoint Colonel Dinh Viet Dung, Deputy Director of the Department of Internal Security, as Director of the provincial Department of Public Security, replacing Colonel Dang Trong Cuong.Deputy Minister of Public Security Sen. Lt. Gen. Tran Quoc To hands over the decision to Dinh Viet Dung.
