The Vietnamese Government plans to reduce the civil service workforce by at least 20% as part of an ongoing administrative reform initiative aimed at streamlining the state apparatus while maintaining the quality of services. The civil service workforce will be cut by at least 20%.
Ninh Binh’s plan on re-arranging administrative units at the district and commune levels in the period of 2023-2025 has been approved by the National Assembly’s Law Committee.After re-arranging, the Hoa Lu city will be classified as first-tier city.
