On the morning of February 13, the 2025 enlistment handover ceremonies took place simultaneously in many localities across the province.New Recruits enthusiatically set off for military service.

Doan Minh Huan, member of the Party Central Committee and Secretary of the provincial Party Committee attended the send-off ceremony in Hoa Lu city.

Also attending the ceremony were Major General Pham Hoang Long, Deputy Political Commissar of Military Region 3; Colonel Dinh Cong Luu, Political Commissar of the provincial Military High Command, among others.
This year, 185 young people in Hoa Lu city joined the military and public security forces. They will participate in training courses at units in the province and other localities nationwide. 20% of them have university or college degrees.
At the ceremony, Secretary of the provincial Party Committee Doan Minh Huan and other officials presented gifts and flowers to encourage the new recruits to uphold the revolutionary tradition of their homeland to learn, train, complete their assigned tasks and contribute to the development of their hometown and the country.
At a similar ceremony in Kim Son district, Standing Deputy Secretary of the provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the provincial People's Council Mai Van Tuat and leaders of 12th Corps and provincial high command and local administration presented gifts and encouraged 283 young people who voluntarily joined the military and public security forces.

This year, 250 young people in Kim Son district joined the army and 43 others participated in the police force.
On the same day, Yen Mo district also organized a ceremony to send off 268 new recruits to join the military and public security forces with the participation of Chairman of the provincial People's Committee Pham Quang Ngoc.

The same day, all seven districts and cities of the province also completed the handover of recruits to the army and public security forces.
At these farewell ceremonies for newly-recruited soldiers, provincial leaders presented flowers and gifts to the recruits and encouraged them to learn and train hard at military and police units, thus successfully fulfilling all assigned tasks.
