A delegation of Military Region 3 High Command, led by its Deputy Commander Major Ha Tat Dat, on January 27 visited and extended greetings to leaders of the Party Committee and People’s Committee of Ninh Binh province ahead of the Lunar New Year (Tet) Festival the longest and most important festival of the Vietnamese people.
In his congratulatory remarks, Dat wished the Party Organisation, administration, armed forces, and people of Ninh Binh province a joyful and warm New Year, and many new successes and victories on the occasion of the upcoming Year of the Horse.
In the context of the province's merger and the implementation of a two-tier local administration model, the armed forces' apparatus is also being reorganised and restructured, thus facing many difficulties, he said.
Dat hoped that the Provincial Party Committee, the Provincial People's Committee, departments, agencies, and localities would pay attention to and provide assistance in terms of facilities, equipment, and working conditions so that officers and soldiers can work with peace of mind, assigning tasks to the newly established commune and ward military commands to effectively carry out the tasks of combat readiness and maintaining security and order in the province, successfully implement military recruitment and excellently complete the 2026 military recruitment task.
