Ninh Binh to set up two new industrial clusters
Under the decisions, Xuan Chinh IC will cover an area of 72.25 hectares in Chat Binh commune of Ninh Binh province.
Xuan Chinh Industrial Cluster JSC is the investor of the project. The project has investment capital of over 816 billion VND. The building of technical infrastructure will be divided into two phases.
The Xuan Chinh IC aims to attract secondary investors who lease land for production and business activities, with priority given to hi-tech, clean and supporting industries; machinery, equipment, electric equipment and electronics manufacturing.
Meanwhile, Chat Binh IC has a total area of 74.78 hectares also in Chat Binh commune. Growland Group Investment JSC is the investor of the project which has investment capital of over 835 billion VND.
The Chat Binh IC also aims to attract secondary investors who lease land for production and business activities, with priority given to hi-tech, clean and supporting industries; machinery, equipment, electric equipment and electronics manufacturing./.
