Ninh Binh’s total development investment capital up 14.6% in first two months
In the first two month of this year, the province’s development investment inched 5,3 trillion VND (226 billion USD), making a year-on-year increase of 14.6%.
The total investment, over 1,44 trillion VND was from the State (up 86.7%); more than 3,5 trillion VND from the non-State sector (up 1.0%) and nearly 359 billion VND from direct foreign investment (FDI), down 8.2%.
Provincial people’s committee has steered local sectors, branches to accelerate construction progress and disbursement.
According to the public investment plan for 2025, the Prime Minister allocates over 9.75 trillion VND (407 million USD) to Ninh Binh province. Of the total, 3,58 trillion from Central budget while 6,2 trillion from provincial budget.
In the first two months of 2025, the province disbursed nearly 616 billion VND (20 million USD), making 6.3% of the yearly plan.
