Ninh Binh resumes non-essential business activities and services from September 11

The provincial People's Committee of Ninh Binh has agreed to allow non-essential business activities and services to resume operations from September 11 in order to successfully carry out the twin target of containing the pandemic and boosting socio-economic development.

Functional agencies inspect the COVID-19 prevention and control measures at commodity establishments.

However, activities at tourist destinations and relic sites, religious rituals of more than 20 people are still halted.

Local karaoke parlors, bars, discos, massage kiosks, cinemas, gymnastic - yoga halls and billiards clubs; restaurants and street food booths or in public places, and sport activities of more than 20 people are still suspended.

Ninh Binh continues to suspending passenger transportation to/from COVID-19 hit provinces and cities and banning long journey passenger buses  to pick-up and drop-off passengers in the province's areas. 

As for drivers of goods transportation, they must have tested for coronavirus SARS-CoV-2 virus.

Golf courses will be opened for local residents or those coming from provinces, cities without community infections and have fully vaccinated  and have negative PCR testing results for coronavirus SARS-CoV-2 virus within 72 hours or negative results of rapid tests on the spot.

Restaurants, and gyms, spa, and beauty salons are permitted to serve no more than 50 percent of their tables or capacity. 

The provincial People's Committee ordered the continued implementation of COVID-19 prevention and control measures set out by the government and the provincial authorities, especially the "5K message" - khau trang (facemask), khu khuan (disinfection), khoang cach (distance), khong tu tap (no gathering) and khai bao y te (health declaration).

The province will continue to restrict unnecessary activities gathering more than  20 people. People must wear face masks when getting out of their homes and keep a safe distance from each other at public places.
