Ninh Binh provincial Department of Public Security has new director

Deputy Minister of Public Security Sen. Lt. Gen. Tran Quoc To attended the conference.

At the event, a representative of the Ministry of Public Security’s Department of Organisation and Personnel, announced a decision to appoint Colonel Dang Trong Cuong as Director of the Department of Public Security of Son La province.

The representative also announced the decision to appoint Colonel Dinh Viet Dung, Deputy Director of the Department of Internal Security, as  Director of the Ninh Binh provincial Department of Public Security.

To handed over the decision to, congratulated and assigned tasks to Dung, the Ministry of Public Security recognized and highly appreciated Dung’s efforts and contributions over the past time, and asked him to promote his sense of responsibility and unity, and strive to build a clean and strong local public security force able to complete all assignments by the province and the Ministry of Public Security.

Also at the conference, Secretary of the Ninh Binh provincial Party Committee also presented flowers and congratulated Colonel Dang Trong Cuong and Senior Colonel Dinh Viet Dung to take over new tasks.

For his part, Dung pledged to do his utmost to fulfill all assigned tasks, and join hands with leaders and officers of the provincial public security force to maintain security and order in the province, and build a clean and strong force to meet the requirements of the new context, thus contributing to creating a stable social environment for the province’s socio-economic development.
