Ninh Binh, Ha Nam call for investment into 12 urban area projects

Ha Nam calls for investment into 10 projects

The Ha Nam provincial People’s Committee had called for investment into 10 projects in Phu Ly city, Duy Tien township, Kim Bang township, and Ly Nhan and Thanh Liem districts.

These projects have estimated total investment capital of over 15 trillion VND (663 million USD), and will be constructed from 2025 to 2032.

The Tay Lam Ha urban area project in Phu Ly city covers a total area of nearly 27.4 hectares with a population of around 8,000 people. It requires an investment capital of over 8.9 trillion VND (396 million USD).

Another urban area project in the Southwest of Kim Binh industrial zone in Phu Ly city spans a total area of 22.6 hectares with an investment capital of over 1.14 trillion VND (50.7 million USD).

A similar project Duy Tien township is calling for investors with a total investment of over 1.71 trillion VND (78.1 million USD).

Ninh Binh announces two ecological urban areas

The Department of Finance of Ninh Binh hadissued a call for investment into two ecological urban area projects in Hoa Lu city.

These projects have a combined investment capital of nearly 7.52 trillion VND (332 million USD). They will be carried out until the first quarter of 2029.

The Ninh An ecological urban area projectcovers an area of nearly 30 hectares with a population of 6,800. It will provide 1,788 houses, including 156 townhouses and 1,632 social housing apartments. The project has an investment capital of over 2.62 trillion VND(115 million USD).

The other ecological urban area in Ninh My ward has a total area of 20.3 hectares with population of 3,300.

It consists of 1,080 houses, including 320 townhouses, 96 villas and 664 social housing apartments. The project has an investment capital of 4.9 trillion VND (216 million USD).
