Con Noi has been awarded the World Bio-Sphere Reserve status by UNESCO.
Under Resolution 15 on economic development issued by the Ninh Binh provincial Party Committee (the 19th tenure), Kim Son district has adopted a resolution on boosting the sea-based economy and tourism to turn Con Noi into a destination popular among visitors.
With the project and its huge potential of a coastal area, Con Noi will surely become an attractive draw to visitors in the coming time, contributing to the locality's socio-economic growth.
