Delegation of Germany’s Left Party pays working visit to Ninh Binh

Speaking at the working session, Chairman of the provincial Party Committee's Board for Internal Affairs Le Huu Quy informed the guests about Ninh Binh’s geographical location, natural conditions and socio-economic development situation.

Ninh Binh boasts the Trang An Scenic Landscape Complex – the only world cultural and natural heritage in Southeast Asia. In the past recent years, the province has developing tourism in a fast and sustainable manner, considering it as a spearhead economic sector basing on the preservation and promotion of the cultural, historical values and people of Hoa Lu. Therefore, the province has become an attractive destination for domestic and international vistors and lured more investors as well.

In the coming time, Ninh Binh aims to build a millennium heritage city and a creative city with its own unique identity and to integrate deeper in the global heritage networks and cultural industry and economic centers.

The official hoped the visit would help enhance comprehensive cooperation with Germany’s localities in all fields, especially in industry, tourism and culture.

Schirmer stressed that the visit aims to not only strengthen, tighten and develop the friendship traditional friendship between the Left Party and the Communist Party of Vietnam, but also serves to study ecological production facilities and those applying scientific technological advances in an attempt to step up cooperation in the future.

Schirmer highly evaluated the potential and strengths of Ninh Binh and affirmed that he would introduce the images of Ninh Binh and its development orientations to German investors.
