Decision on establishment of Hoa Lu City Party Organisation announced

Attending the ceremony were member of the Party Central committee, Secretary of the provincial Party Committee Doan Minh Huan; Standing Vice Secretary of the provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the provincial People’s Council Mai Van Tuat; and Vice Secretary of the provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the provincial People’s Committee Pham Quang Ngoc, among others.

According to Decision No.1492-QD/TU dated December 18, 2024 of the Ninh Binh provincial Party Committee, the Hoa Lu City Party Organisation is set up based on the mergence  of the Ninh Binh City Party Organisation and the Hoa Lu District Party Organisation. Its first tenure is the 2020-2025 term.

The Hoa Lu City Party Organisation is a subordinate party organisation of the Ninh Binh provincial Party Organisation. It will officially begin operations on January 1, 2025.

The Hoa Lu City Party Committee  comprises 67 members while the Standing Board has 17 members.

Dinh Van Tien, who is Secretary of the Ninh Binh City Party Committee, is assigned as Secretary of the Hoa Lu City Party Committee.

Bui Thien Thi, who is Secretary of the Hoa Lu District Party Committee, and Nguyen Van Cuong, who is Standing Vice Secretary of the Hoa Lu District Party Committee and Chairman of the Hoa Lu District People’s Council, are assigned to take the positions as Vice  Secretary of the Hoa Lu City Party Committee.

The official also noted that the Hoa Lu City Party Committee should focus on leading and directing the fulfillment of targets set by the Pary congresses at all levels in the 2020-2025 tenure.

Speaking at the ceremony, Secretary of the provincial Party Committee Doan Minh Huan stressed that this is an event of great importance and turning point for  the Party Organisation, administration, army and people of Ninh Binh city and Hoa Lu district as well as the development of the Ninh Binh provincial Party Organisation.

He urged the Hoa Lu City Party Committee, its Standing Board and permanent members to step up the communications work to create consensus in awarenss and action among officials, party members and people in the re-arrangement of administrative units at the districts and commune levels.

The Hoa Lu City Party Committee needs to soon assign specific tasks to its members and work with competent agencies to build personnel plans for the Hoa Lu City People’s Council and People’s Committee so as to submit to authorised agencies for approval, he said.

The Hoa Lu City Party Committee should handle policies and regimes for redundant officials and civil servants affected by the re-arrangement of administrative units, Huan stressed.

At the same time, it must well preparing for and successfull organise Party congresses at all levels, contributing to the 23^rd provincial Pary Congress and towards the 14^th National Party Congress, Huan added.
