Politburo, Secretary of the Party Central Committee and Chief of the Party Central Committee’s Office Pham Gia Tuc on February 10 visited and presented gifts to wounded and sick soldiers in Duy Tien Rehabilitation Centre in Duy Tien ward, Ninh Binh province, on the occasion of the upcoming Lunar New Year (Tet) Festival.

The Duy Tien Rehabilitation Centre for Wounded Soldiers in Ninh Binh province currently manages, cares for, and treats 49 severely wounded and sick soldiers from nineprovinces and cities nationwide, as well as one relative of a fallen soldier. The majority of these wounded and sick soldiers have a disability rating of 81 - 100% and suffer from specific injuries and illnesses requiring round-the-clock medical care and support.
Tuc expressed gratitude for the immense sacrifices and contributions of these soldiers to the cause of national defence and liberation. He also emphasised that the Party, State, and people always remember the contributions of previous generations.
He hoped that the wounded and sick soldiers would continue to maintain their optimistic spirit and serve as exemplary role models for future generations.
Tuc presented gifts to the wounded and sick soldiers and wished them a happy Tet holiday.
The Party official also requested the centre to continue uniting and striving even harder to improve the spirit of responsibility in caring for and serving the wounded and sick soldiers so that they can always live in a safe, warm, and loving environment.
The official and delegation present gifts to outstanding workers at Bao Minh industrial zone.
Also on February 10 morning, Tuc, along with the delegation, visited and presented gifts to representatives of policy beneficiaries, poor households, and outstanding workers at Bao Minh Industrial Park in Lien Minh commune.
