Ngoc welcomed Yan and representatives of the group to explore investment opportunities in Ninh Binh.
He also briefed his guests about the province’s potential and strengths as well as its development orientations.
He stressed that the province wants to cooperate with domestic and foreign firms to realise its economic growth goals.
For his part, Yan thanked the host for warm welcome and showed his impression of Ninh Binh cultural and historical values as well as its outcomes in the past few years.
Yan said the CPCG specializes in building, managing and operating infrastructure such as expressways, urban areas, irrigation works, and buildings.
In Vietnam, it has signed cooperation agreements for the building of Tu Lien bridge and Van Cao - Ngoc Khanh - Lang - Hoa Lac urban railway line in Hanoi. The CPCG is going to carry out projects in Quang Ninh province in the coming time.
The visit and working session with leaders of Ninh Binh are part of the CPCG’s plan to explore investment opportunities in the North of Vietnam, Yan added.
Ninh Binh owns rich and unique culture, historical values and landscapes, especially the World Cultural and Natural Heritage of Trang An, therefore, the CPCG recognized its potential and advantages and wants to survey investment opportunities and cooperate with the province, he said.
Yan also promised to do his best to ensure effective cooperation between Ninh Binh and the group.
