Cambodian high-ranking delegation pays working visit to Ninh Binh

Secretary of the Ninh Binh Provincial Party Committee Tran Huy Tuan welcomed and worked with the delegation.

Tuan expressed his delight at receiving the delegation and affirmed that the visit was obvious evidence of the close relation as well as special attention of Cambodia leaders to Ninh Binh.

The Party Organisation, administration, and people of Ninh Binh province always cherish the good relationship and wish to continue contributing to strengthening and developing the solidarity and friendship between Vietnam and Cambodia in an increasingly profound, practical, and effective manner, he said.

Tuan expressed his hope that in the future there will be more opportunities to strengthen exchanges and cooperation with Cambodian localities, especially those with similarities to Ninh Binh province in history, culture, heritage, and tourism, thereby promoting the establishment of provincial-level cooperation and contributing to the enhancement of friendship between the two countries.

Thanking Ninh Binh province for the warm welcome and congratulating the outstanding results in Ninh Binh province's socio-economic development in recent years, Men Sam An, who is also Vice President of the Cambodian People’s Party (CPP) and Chairwoman of the Cambodia-Vietnam Friendship Association, emphasised that maintaining a firm and comprehensive cooperative and friendly relationship with Vietnam at all levels and mass organisations is a consistent and long-term policy of the CPP.

She expressed her hope that in the future, the relationship between the two Parties and the two countries will continue to be strengthened and enhanced for the benefit of the people of both countries.

Regarding tourism, the Cambodian official said this was her third visit to Ninh Binh and she was impressed by the changes and development of the province, especially the changes in tourism.

Men Sam An hoped that in the future there would be more opportunities for cooperation in tourism development between the two countries, especially with Cambodian localities and Ninh Binh province. This is a great opportunity for cooperation that contributes to strengthening cooperative relations for the common development between the two countries and between Ninh Binh province and Cambodian localities in particular./.
