Border Guard MB win trophy of National Volleyball Championship 2025

The match was dramatic as the two teams chased each point. The two teams went through four sets with a balanced 2-2. Therefore, the two teams had to decide by the 5th set. In this set, Border Guard MB showed their mettle and won The Cong Tan Cang with a score of 15/12, thereby winning 3-2 overall (25-21, 31-29, 25-20, 26-24, 15-12).

Border Guard MB became the 3rd team in history to successfully defend the national championship, after Ho Chi Minh City and Trang An Ninh Binh. This is the 4th championship in the history of Border Guard volleyball, including the 2nd consecutive championship.

Previously, in the early match series also on October 15 between Duc Giang Chemicals and Long Son Thanh Hoa Cement, Duc Giang Chemicals won 3-1; Sanest Khanh Hoa played against Da Nang, and the Han River team won 3-0.

In the third-place match of the women's category, Vietinbank played Dong Bac Information Service. The match result was decided when Dong Bac Information Service overwhelmingly won Vietinbank 3-0, thereby winning the third place of the season.
