Finance Minister presents Tet gift to wounded soldiers, workers in Ninh Binh

Minister of Finance Dinh Tien Dung visited and presented Tet gifts to wounded and sick soldiers in Nho Quan war invalid nursing center as well as poor workers of some companies in Gian Khau Industrial Park on the occasion of the upcoming Lunar New Year (Tet) festival.

During the visit, the Minister expressed his deep gratitude to war invalids and people who rendered services to the nation for national liberation and development.

The Minister and Chairman of the Ninh Binh Provincial People's Committee Dinh Van Dien wished the staff and people at the center a warm and happy Tet holiday while presenting gifts to them.

Speaking at the meeting with workers in the Taiwanese garment company in the Gian Khau Industrial Park, Minister Dung extended his wishes for a happy and cosy Tet festival to the company's executives, and workers.

He lauded the company’s executives and its trade union for caring for labourers’ life in recent years.

At the gathering, the Finance Minister presented 50 Tet gifts to the employees of the Taiwan garment company and the international plastic company.

On the same day, the Finance Minister and his entourage sent 100 gifts to the disadvantaged families in the districts of Nho Quan and Gia Vien.
