Vice President of the Vietnam Fatherland Front (VFF) Central Committee Truong Thi Ngoc Anh joined local people in the mountainous district of Nho Quan's Ao Luon village to celebrate the great national unity festival on November 11 morning.

Located in Nho Quan district, Ao Luon village is home to the Muong ethnic minority community.
Over the years, the village has boosted socio-economic development, gradually eradicated old and harmful customs and practices while maitaining and promoting the outstanding traditional values.
Speaking to local residents at the event, Vice President Anh emphasised the significance of great national unity and expressed her belief that, in the coming time, the Ao luon village would continue to promoting the strength of great unity, carrying out effectively patriotic emulations, thus reaping more outcomes and buiding the locality more properously.
The official said that, the top priority for Ao Luon residents is to apply scientific technology advancements in production, develop cooperative economy, build special farm produces and to join hands in eradicating old and harmful customs and pratices in order to build civilized lifestyle.
She also urged them to collaborate in maintaining public order and security.
On the occasion, the Vice President and leaders of Ninh Binh province presented gifts to outstanding households, residents in the Ao Luon village.
