Senior Party official attends Trung Son ward’s 11th Party Congress

The 11th Party Congress for the 2020-2025 tenure of Trung Son ward in Tam Diep city officially opened on March 19, with the attendance of Truong Thi Mai, Politburo member, Secretary of the Party Central Committee and Chairwoman of its Commission for Mass Mobilisation.

Also attending the congress, themed "Solidarity - discipline - renovation - development”, were leaders of Ninh Binh province and 176 delegates of the Party Organisation of Trung Son ward.

Trung Son ward was selected by the provincial Party Committee’s Standing Board to organise its congress as an exemplary event where the secretary of the Party Committee was directly elected at the congress in order to draw experience in instructing grassroots-level party congresses in the whole province.

After two working days, the congress completed all important contents and programmes.

In the 2015-2020 tenure, the Trung Son Ward Party Organisation fulfilled and surpassed all 10 targets set by the Resolution of its 10th Party Congress.

The congress set out orientations and defined nine major targets and four main tasks and solutions to boost the ward’s socio-economic and cultural development, defence-security, Party and political system building in the 2020-2025 tenure.

The congress elected 15 members of the Party Committee of Trung Son ward for the new term. Pham Hoai Nam was re-elected as Secretary of the Trung Son Ward Party Committee for the 2020 – 2025 tenure.
