During their working session, the two sides reviewed the sound traditional relationship between Vietnam and Laos in the past and at present as well.

Speaking at the event, Thanh expressed her hope that Ninh Binh and Huoaphanh would share experience in socio-economic development, contributing to enhancing their friendship.

Houaphanh's Governor Vansay Phengsumma thanked the hosts for their warm welcome and informed them about Houaphanh’s socio-economic development in recent time.

He hoped that the visit would help the Houaphanh delegation learn more about socio-economic development, especially in the fields of tourism, services, and handicraft production in Ninh Binh.

He invited Ninh Binh leaders to visit Houaphanh in the future to continue sharing experience and deepening the relationship between the two sides.
